The staff here was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location in the middle of Jackson was fantastic.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of dishes. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was amazing and comfortable. Hotel's location was wonderful, in the middle of Jackson. I found a nice McDonald's by accident, just a short walk away from the venue.

The hotel's location is amazing and absolutely perfect in the middle of Marshalltown. the property is within a close distance from Evangelical Free Church.

Our time here was fantastic! 🌟 the room was amazing, had everything we needed, plus a nice bathtub. It felt like a home away from home with a cozy atmosphere. Also, the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the friendly staff. The venue has wonderful location in the middle of jackson. There's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like Wendy's, situated within 15 minutes walk or so, I thoroughly enjoyed this place: D

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always fulfilling our requests. We particularly enjoyed the morning breakfast, which was delicious and well-maintained. The automatic pancake machine was a fun bonus, especially for our 4-year-old. The newer hotel had sound-deadening walls that blocked out most of the highway traffic. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were exceptional.

We had a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the pillows were great. The room also had a Keurig maker, which was a nice touch. The bathroom had high-end shampoo and soaps. I also loved the delicious pancakes served for breakfast.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as pets being allowed in the rooms and extra cleaning needed, the staff at the hotel was amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay great, especially Pamela and Christina.
